Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples was born in the United States and is a professional artist, actress and singer. Most famously, she is known for her portrayal of Layla Grant, in Nashville (2012) drama, and Claudia Shepard from Sharknado (2013). In addition, she played the leading character Jerrica Jem Benton on the feature film Jem and the Holograms (2015). Aubrey Peeples is the daughter of Wendy and Ashley Peeples. She is the younger sister of Ally. Aubrey was a member of Orlando Repertory Theatre during her early years. Aubrey graduated from Lake Mary Preparatory School, where she spoke as the valedictory for the class of 2012. Harvard University accepted her but accepted her entry two times in order to take on the role she played in Nashville. Peeples played as a character in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011, Grey's Anatomy (2005) and Grey's Anatomy (2005) as well as Grey's Anatomy (2005). Peeples also played a frequent role on Necessary Rustiness (1991). She was in two made-for-television movies: Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009 and The Good Mother). She was one of the main characters for the Nashville series, in which she was Layla Grant. Peeples spoke about her bipolar illness in an interview that she provided the magazine NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples among the most talented actors below the age of 20 in September 2014.
