Kim Victoria Cattrall (born August 21st, 1956) is an actor from Canada, British. popular for her part in the role of Samantha Jones in the HBO show Sex and the City for which she was awarded five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominations winning the 2002 Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. In 2008 and in 2010, she reprised the character for the movies Sex and the City and Sex and the City 2. Her main role includes Police Academy, Big Trouble in Little China Mannequin, and Porky's from the 80s. Kim Cattrall's appearance on the HBO television show Sex & the City is the most memorable. Cattrall known as an actress, has credited her portrayal of Samantha Jones as a career-defining character. This was more than an instant hit with audiences in her native country, but it also made her a global star. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. Her most well-known role is her part in the comedy drama film La Dolce Vita. It won an Oscar and also the Golden Palm at the Cannes Film Festival in 1960 and it was a commercial as well as critically acclaimed success. Before beginning her acting profession it was her job to be the Swedish fashion model. She was named Miss Sweden. She moved to the US, and began appearing in various films as minor parts. In the movie Abbott and Costello Go to Mars she was described as an Venusian. In the following year after her role on the screen in Blood Alley she was awarded the Golden Globe in the most promising category for newcomers.
